Sport England has awarded Birmingham Rowing Club a grant to fund a new women’s boat which will enable more girls and women to take part in the sport of rowing.
After the disappointment of Stourport Head being cancelled at the end of January, BRC sent four crews to Worcester RC’s Main Head. After nearly 3 months since the last race at Newark on 2nd December, it was a welcome chance to blow off the cobwebs and see how crews had progressed over the winter.
